I totally understand things happen. Life and emergency’s happen and you have to cancel/ reschedule your appointment. I honor a firm cancellation policy. All appointments cancelled/ rescheduled prior to 48 hours are no charge and no problem! It gives me time to fill the spot which is ideal. Appointments that are not confirmed are subject to cancellation. Please be sure to confirm on the site when you receive the text reminder. Cancellations made after 48 hours will result in your saved card being charged 50% of your scheduled service. Appointments cancelled the day of will result in a 100% payment of your service. No exceptions! If you need to cancel your appointment please call or text the salon 610-304-3193. Dms will no longer be accepted when canceling an appointment.
